According to recent data on African mango consumer reviews, it is the most recent super food that is dominating the united states health as well as weight loss field by storm. According to researchers, this could be among the utmost breakthrough in the diet and health industry in the past few decades. You can read more about this at the African Mango Reviews page

The rate at which obesity is increasing especially developed countries is very alarming and therefore, an action needs to be taken. The consumer like the supplement because it gives very excellent results in weight loss, reducing cholesterol in the body , reducing the glucose levels in the blood and also halting hunger and yearnings.
The reviews suggest that, by taking this supplement one reduces risks of diabetes and heart diseases. It is highly preferred by consumers for weight loss since it’s very natural, safe and efficient. In addition, it is claimed to have ingredients which can facilitate the body lower the cholesterol amount as well as increasing metabolism in order to burn fats leading to loss of weight in a natural way.
Identification: This fruit is gotten from trees found Ghana mainly in the tropical rain forests. When fully ripe, it acquires a very attractive yellow color and consumers use its seeds in preparations of the food. For a long time, consumers have been using this fruit as a natural medicine to cure some illness. In this case, the bark is used to relieve pain, treat diarrhea, yellow fever, diabetes, and hernia from the extracts of the seed and also fever from leaf extracts. Basically, the natural medicines are more preferred than artificial ones because they have no chemicals, they rarely cause allergies and also a single dose treats multiple diseases.
Components: The African mango consumer reviews suggest, that this fruit is very nutritional because it contains 8.5 percent proteins, carbohydrates 15 percent and fat 67 percent. This gives a fully balanced diet and therefore one remains healthy. Consumers prefer it than any other supplement because its seed is also very rich in iron and calcium besides B vitamins such as niacin, thiamine and riboflavin. In addition, it contains healthy acids such as lauric, palmitic, myristic, oleic and stearic acids. According to Albert Ayeni the author of scientific literature, the oil component is source of beta-carotene.
Weight loss: According to african mango consumer reviews, this is one of the its major benefits. According to the study published in 2005 in “Lipids in Health and Disease”, it contains a lot of dietary fiber which may lower the amount of cholesterol leading to loss of weight. This extracts boosts adiponectin hormone which affects fat and glucose metabolism and accelerates the level of insulin , resulting to use of fat energy hence loss of weight.
Further, the presence of leptin hormone makes it preferred choice by consumers. Basically, this hormone is responsible for suppressing natural appetite in the human body. Some consumers find it difficult to shed off some calories because of food urges yet they would wish to. This supplement then becomes their choice because it operates by signaling satiety in the brain. However, even though this hormone may prove resistant in some people because high levels of a certain proteins called C-reactive may renders it ineffective, the African mango has the capacity to lower the C-reactive proteins for the leptin to function effectively.

Cholesterol: The consumer like this supplement for it reduces cholesterol which in turn reduces the risks of heart diseases. The study carried out in 2005 in Cameroon showed improvement of blood lipids or fat in people who took Irvingia gabonensis daily three times. This comprised of drops in LDL cholesterol, cholesterol and triglycerides .The amount of good cholesterol often referred to as LDL cholesterol increased significantly. The reviews suggest that, even though African mango has shown fast loss of weight, the outcomes are even better when used together with Cissus tetragona especially in reducing belly fat.

Diabetes: Most consumers go for african mango because it’s a good treatment for diabetes. The Cameroon researcher Judith Ngondi carried out an intensive research involving 100 obese people in 2009. After exposing them to African mango extract for 10 weeks, their health aspects improved including blood sugar. Even though, it is not fully agreed for the diabetes treatment she recommended further clinical research on the extract.

The african mango consumer reviews reveals that, it plays a very significant role in reduction of body pounds and fat, cholesterol reduction, alteration of adiponectin, leptin, fasting glucose, and C-reactive proteins which is why its consumers have no reason to regret their choices.

The african mango extract benefits comprises of loss of weight, treatment of diabetes and heart disease. This kind of fruit is commonly found in West Africa and it’s claimed to have ingredients which can facilitate the body lower the cholesterol amount as well as increasing metabolism in order to burn fats leading to loss of weight. You can learn more about the African Mango Extract here.

The increase of overweight people particularly in developed countries has raised concerns of health. This is because obesity is a risk factor in occurrence of chronic conditions like cancer, diabetes, osteoarthritis and heart disease. This method of losing weight is efficient and safe .

Currently, the African mango is accredited for its extracts of the seeds which have dietary value and are of medicinal value. In addition, it contains large amounts of fiber which are found in many seeds and plays a key role not only in weight loss, but also in enhancing overall health of an individual.

Identification: This fruit is gotten from trees found Ghana mainly in the tropical rain forests. When fully ripe, it is yellow in color and its seeds are used mostly in preparations of the food. For a long time, this fruits has been used for the purpose of medications such as the bark as a pain reliever, diarrhea, yellow fever, diabetes, and hernia from the extracts of the seed and leaf extracts were used to reduce fever.

In addition, it has leptin hormone which is responsible for suppressing natural appetite. This operates by signaling satiety in the brain. However, this hormone may prove resistant in some people because high level of a certain proteins called C-reactive which renders it ineffective. To counter this, the African mango has the capacity to lower the C-reactive proteins for the leptin to function according to “life Extensions Magazine ” authored by Chris Lydon.

According to the “Facts about Fitness”, studies on African mango revealed reduction of body pounds and fat, cholesterol reduction, alteration of adiponectin, leptin, fasting glucose, and C-reactive proteins.

Cholesterol: The study carried out in 2005 in Cameroon showed improvement of blood lipids or fat in people who took Irvingia gabonensis daily three times. After exposing them to African mango extract for 10 weeks, their health aspects improved including blood sugar. Even though, it is not fully agreed for the diabetes treatment she recommended further clinical research on the extract.

Considerations: The studies carried out on african mango extract benefits gave results which were promising, it was mainly funded by the research group together with the US manufacturer of the african mango supplement. However, Irish times reports that the research did not factor in exercise or food intake of the participants which may interfere with weight loss. Therefore, independent tests should be carried out order to verify the findings. It is therefore advisable to consult with doctor before commencing any programme of weight loss or die supplement. Although supplements are helpful for short term loss of weight, for long term measures one has to consider cutting down intake of calories as well as doing exercises regularly. The product I suggest on this site takes this into consideration and helps to provide you with a diet and exercise plan as part of the package, which is important.

As the name suggests, this is a mango from the continent of Africa. Specifically, the mango originates from the western part of Cameroon that is the rainy forest of Cameroon. The African mango is associated with many positive benefits by the villagers in Africa from where the fruit originated. The supplement version of the fruit has undergone clinical trials where the results were an outstanding success. You can read more about that in the African Mango article

This is one of the latest of the weight reduction supplements to help obese and other people with weight problems to reduce their body fat. The African mango reduces weight in two ways: first is that it acts as a cleanser and fat burner in the body system. It cleanses the body system and washes away the toxins and other unwanted things that cause fat in the body. We shall elaborate on this later. It helps to burns off the fats in the body fast.

The supplements have proven effective on all different types of people. It is good for both men and women in a wide age range.

A major target of dieters is always the belly, and African mango is good at reducing fat here along with the butt and thighs. One study carried out about a product in 2005 affirmed this. This product used authentic Irvingia Gabonensis (the proper name for african mango) seeds, and proved effective even against a placebo. It is obvious the reason many people who have weight problem prefer to use African mango.

African mango is the source of some of the best known pills and supplements for weight reduction that have been getting attention recently. Many people who do not want to take to the option of surgical procedure to remove the excess fats in their bodies make use of the products from African mango to control their weight. One of the weight pills that are a product of African mango has had particularly good results and a great value, and is offered at this site.

It is not every type of mango from Africa that has this curative power as the African mango. As said earlier, This particular brand of mango is from the western coastal rainforests in the Cameroon. The natives have been using the fruits over the years not only to control their weight, but for other forms of medication. This fruit is very rare and it could only be found only in that part of Cameroon. The African mango supplements that you want to pay attention to are those that use the authentic ingredients in their products.

African mango supplements and pills are one of the best aids in the fight against obesity on the market right now. There is an organic substance in the mango that speeds the process of metabolism in the body system. In the process it generates heat to the body. There is a fiber content within the supplement that can help reduce cholesterol levels as well.

It is valuable for detoxification, an important part in improving your health, because of the way it flushes out toxic elements in the body. It is the toxic substances that encourage the production of fats in the body. Apart from flushing out of the toxins from the body the pill produced adenopectin. This helps in the circulation of blood. Apart from that it eases the body metabolism and controls the level of glucose absorption in the body.

This natural ingredient has other health benefits as well. It can help control and normalize the blood pressure . Being able to control blood pressure is good for many aspects of health, in addition to weight loss. There are benefits for the users of African Mango that go far beyond simply being a diet pill.

The pill does not have any major reported side effects and that is one of the factors that endear it to the heart of many people across the globe. Apart from the increase in the metabolism of the body, the African mango supplements and pills also suppress appetite. This is one of the best ways of controlling weight that works. This is perhaps one of the best known weight diet pills or supplement that is produced one hundred percent natural.

Some supplements use caffeine in the African mango products that enable it to boost the metabolism of the body. If directed towards exercise, this certainly makes it possible for the fat to burn faster and easier.

African Mangoes: What they are
The scientific name of this fruit is Irvingia gabonensis and is a native fruit in Africa, but can also be found in some parts of Southeast Asia. For years, the fruit is used in Africa because of its many medicinal benefits and is one of the ingredients in their cooking and diet. More recently, scientists have discovered the wonderful health benefits of the fruit, just like many of the wonder drugs today which came from nature.

When you have access to the fruit, it is advisable to consume these fruits fresh. But not everyone lives in Africa or in Asia. Due to that, there are commercial products out from African mangoes. They come in pill forms and you can buy it in drug stores or through the internet.

African Mango Diet Tips
Before trying out new diet courses, you should be guided by some tips and pointers so that it will be easy for you to follow the plan and that you will achieve optimal results surely. Following guidelines are hardly done by many persons, hence, they end up losing weight slowly or no weight at all.

African Mango Diet Tips

Diet Tip 1
Primarily, it is important for you to know how the African mango helps you in your diet plans. It is better that you know how it can do wonders to your body than just blindly consuming the fruit without knowing anything at all.

The fruit is known to help you burn fat easily by speeding up the metabolism of stubborn and stored fats naturally. This means that you will not worry that you will only lose water or muscles, as other diet methods or supplements do. The good thing is that this natural ingredient does work for anyone, whether you are aiming to lose a few pounds or not.

The African mango also suppresses and regulates the hormone leptin, which is responsible for your craving for food. When leptin levels are low, the brain signals the body to eat more. If they remain high and controlled, you will not tend to overeat thus your efforts to control your weight will be supplemented.

Lastly, the fruit is packed with fiber and helps delay digestion. Delaying the emptying of the gastric contents is one of the effects of the African mango. This means that your food will be digested slower and you will feel full longer than usual. It is also rich in fiber which helps suppress the appetite and helps you to remove wastes easily.
Diet Tip 2
When you have a diet plan in mind, be sure to follow it religiously. Many would try new methods to lose weight, but only half-heartedly because they are probably riding with the current trend. As a result, they will not continue with the program because they do not see results quickly. There are no get-slim-quick diet programs out there; most of the time, you will have to endure for a few months first before seeing any results.

Diet Tip 3
Dr. Oz introduced this breakthrough supplement at the Oprah Winfrey show, and since then, the popularity of the supplement shoots up to greater levels. With that also comes scammers who only want to get your money by offering free trials. He said to stay away from these promotional activities as they will only get your credit card number and your cash. Others also try to give you fake products that will only do your body harm.

Diet Tip 4
Many experts would agree that for you to achieve excellent weight loss results, you should not rely solely on diet programs and supplements. A combination of diet and exercise is still the best tandem to cut down on weight. This is also one of the most important guideline in all of the African mango diet tips enumerated. When you keep your body healthy and fit, you will be able to lose and control your weight much easier.

The discovery of the African mango has brought high hopes to people who want to lose weight, desperately or not. Because it is natural and is packed with several benefits, diet supplements are created so that every people in the world can enjoy its benefits even if they cannot acquire the fruit. The cited African mango diet tips are but guidelines for you to follow, but they are basically the truth which is helpful in your diet plans.

According to recent research by global institute for bioexplorations, the oil inside the seed of African mango is rich in beta-carotene. For a long time, beta-carotene is known to be very effective in the prevention of high blood pressure, infertility, emotional disorders, heart burns and certain cancers. The seed is also a good source of nutrients, containing vitamins and minerals like calcium, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus e.t.c. The seed also contains lauric, oleic, stearic, and myristic acids, which are healthy fatty acids that are necessary for muscular developments, brain health and body function.

Health benefits of African mango.

Weight loss
The major health benefit of African mango is in weight management. One of the biggest health problems in the world today is obesity. People are getting bigger and they cannot stop themselves from eating more. Extract from the African mango seed has been proven to reduce obesity faster than any weight loss diet pills. African mango seeds can be harvested from the fruit, and either eaten directly or blended into powder to be added to normal food.

African mango ensures weight loss by speeding up the body metabolism, thereby causing the burning of extra fat deposits. Studies show that the use of the fruit’s seed extracts had helped obsessed people reduce weight by up to 12.3 pounds in just 28 days! African mango benefits for weight loss also include appetite suppression. The fruit is capable of suppressing appetite by holding food in the stomach for a longer time. Adiponectin is a hormone that regulates blood insulin and sugar, that is why many people who have low level of adiponectin production are most likely to get fat. African mango extract helps to boost the natural level of this hormone. Irvin gabonensis also helps to increase the level of leptin in the blood. leptin plays a major role in fat metabolism, and it’s increase can cause weight loss.

LDL cholesterols are bad for the human body. The elimination or reduction of these cholesterols is one of the very important African mango benefits. the fruit also reduces weight loss by absorbing dietary sugar, and increasing the level of good cholesterols (HDL).

Other health benefits based on research:

Diabetes – Apart from weight loss, African mango has been reported to improve blood-glucose level in diabetic patients.

Body detoxification – Cleansing the body of dangerous substances is also one of the very important African mango benefits. The fruit is loaded with high level of fibre, and this makes it to easily carry out effective body detoxification. cleansing happens when the fruit’s extracts increase mucus secretion and reduce the secretion of gastric acid.

Boosts energy – Everybody needs energy for their daily activities, and it is increasingly getting difficult to get a very good source. African mango has been proven to help people increase their stamina and energy.

Fatigue reduction – It is not possible to escape fatigue or stress in the hustle and bustle of modern life. The fruit can serve as a food supplement, especially for people who find it hard to do regular exercise.

African mango is a great fruit with multiple health benefits, as the villagers of Cameroon have known for users. Scientists are still studying the fruit to determine additional health advantages. Because this is all natural, it has a great advantage over diet pills that are mostly made with synthetic chemicals and compounds, meant to stimulate body metabolism and assist in fat burning. This is why it is common for diet pills users to complain of increased nervousness, rapid heart beat and difficulty in breathing as a result of continuous use. While other weight loss methods come with side effects, most users have reported very little or no side effects associated with the consumption of the products (you can see the article about side effects here,) making the African Mango benefits genuine as opposed to weighing them against the risks.

The African Mango Supplement is a product tagged to be the next big thing in the “getting healthy and slim” business. However, before bolting out the door to purchase all available products pertaining to African mango and its benefits, you need to know what African mangoes really are. The world, with the advancement of technology and all, became more dangerous than it had ever been by producing a large number of sickness and illnesses. Humans such as researchers, scientists, doctors and drug companies are taking every effort to regain health and wellness by any means possible. As a result, we encounter new products every now and then. The African Mango supplement carries qualities that an individual would look for in a dietary product. It provides dramatic results in losing weight while improving overall health and fitness.

Irvingia, commonly known as African mango, came from the breed of African and Southeast Asian trees. The Irvingia tree produces mango-like fruits that initially were given much significance due to their protein-rich nuts. The nuts are also valued for their vegetable oil. Although the fruit is very rare in nature, it can be found in some tropical jungles of Cameroon, Africa. There were claims that African natives have been using African mangoes as a cure for scabies, toothache, yellow fever, diarrhea, hernia and dysentery even before it was discovered as a powerful aid for weight loss. To top the introduction, it’s not the fruit in its ordinary form that made the African mango so popular in the weight loss industry, but its extracts.

The African mango supplement works by increasing the rate of our body’s metabolism. It removes nutrient blocking toxins to aid the body burn fats easier and faster. It provides high level of Vitamin B to augment the body’s digestion of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. The higher the rate of our body’s metabolism the faster it burns fats. In this event, fats will be eliminated instead of getting stored in the body resulting to increase in weight and fat deposits. An African mango supplement also has the ability to improve blood circulation. The seeds are high in fiber, thus, helpful in the control of blood sugar levels. The product also helps in limiting your food cravings and helps you avoid eating too much by making you feel easily satiated. One of the supplement’s main functions is to suppress your appetite without posing potential health hazards. This new innovation is a great addition to our healthy lifestyle, but be reminded that supplements will always be supplements. Your optimum level of wellness will be best achieved through a holistic approach, including your supplement regimen with good nutrition and regular exercises is the best way to do it.

African Mango Supplement Popularity

As African mango got its way into the market as a safe, natural and efficient way to lose weight, it swiftly rose to fame after information began getting circulated on all sorts of media. It has also received some reviews from doctors, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Tanya Edwards. Dr. Oz has his own health and medical TV show. That being said, Dr. Oz’s advice regarding the benefits of an African mango supplement would have provided you great credibility. He said that an African mango supplement have beneficial effects in lowering cholesterol levels and has potent abilities to lose weight and reduce waist circumference. In addition, Dr. Edwards also provided her insight. She proudly wrote on Dr. Oz’s blog that she tried the product and it truly worked. I wouldn’t put so much sensation on the two doctors’ statements regarding the African Mango Supplement since much has already been said. Mentioning them here is simply to give you an assurance about the product’s quality.

Without a doubt, it was proven that the existence of the African mango supplement was based on its genuine results. A great deal of people has been convinced on the powers of this fairly new product. Most certainly, many more will be persuaded and influenced to buy these supplements coming from different companies with different brands and marketing claims. But then again, beware of fake products! Some merchandise claiming to be an African mango supplement does not live to high quality standards or worst does not contain even a tiny bit of African mango extracts. Take precaution and make sure that you are buying an authentic product from a reliable source. Your health is still your first priority.

For those wanting to know about African Mango side effects, it is good to have some background on what this is to understand that it is not a chemical product. In the tropical region of West Africa, the wild growing African mango tree (Irvingia gabonensis) has provided the people of the region with an invaluable source of food and medicine for centuries.

The fruit is traditionally used in Africa to increase the metabolism while decreasing the appetite, something valued during times of food shortages or while on long treks. Today, the extract from the seed of the African mango shows promise in accelerating weight loss, something that could prove invaluable in the battle against obesity.

In addition to its role in weight loss, research has found it also lowers bad cholesterol and reduces blood sugar levels. High cholesterol and abnormal levels of blood glucose are common problems that accompany obesity, and having one substance work for all three health problems is quite amazing. All of these benefits sound great, and the extract is increasingly popular as a weight loss supplement. However, many are asking how safe African mango is. Are there any African mango side effects?

So far, there have been no serious African Mango side effects found during clinical studies, which is great news for dieters wanting to try African mango extract. In the past, some weight loss supplements had serious side effects, so serious that the products were banned. This is not proving to be the case with this supplement, to the relief of those looking for a safe way to lose weight and cut their cholesterol levels.

African Mango Side Effects – Reported

Although no dangerous african mango side effects have been reported, several minor ones have been found during research studies. One of the actions of African mango is to increase metabolism. This in turn may cause problems with sleep disturbances or insomnia. Some people report that this is a temporary problem, only occurring in the first few days or during the first week of using African mango as a weight loss supplement. Most people report that within a week or so, their sleep patterns return to normal.

Other reported African mango side effects include dizziness. This may happen during a strict diet where calories are drastically reduced from what the dieter is used to. Headaches are another commonly found side effect, and may be from the same cause. Changes in diet are known to cause changes in metabolism that might be manifested as a variety of symptoms. More research is necessary to help pinpoint the causes of these side effects. Minor gastrointestinal problems may also happen during an African mango diet. One study shows that the contents of the stomach empty more slowly when taking African mango. Flatulence is also a side effect, possibly due to the higher fiber content the dieter is now eating. Safety for pregnant and nursing mothers has not been established yet, so African mango is not recommended for these women.

In one study, the rates of the incidence of these minor side effects were quite similar to the rates of the same side effects in a group taking a placebo. This is an interesting finding, as it brings into question whether the side effects were produced by something other than the African mango extract.

For those worried about the environment, because of the increased demand for African mango, it is now cultivated on farms, so users of the extract do not have to worry about serious african mango side effects or that they are diminishing the supply of a wild fruit.

As you probably know, there is always a new and remarkable diet supplement exploding on the market to keep us believing that there is a miracle substance to eliminate unwanted pounds and inches.

Most products are nothing more than vitamins or minerals that our body consumes to begin with but on a larger scale. This is not to say that new findings cannot help us in our goal to stay healthy and fit but investigation into the claims and digging into the facts is always necessary. The African Mango Clinical Studies is one such example that lets you form your own opinion on this latest weight loss supplement.

African mango, or Irvingia Gabonensis is a mango-like fruit that bears nuts that are rich in fat and protein. They are produced by the natural growing Invirgia tree located in Southeast Asia and West Africa. Scientific testing has proven that Irvingia Gabonensis or IG contains 14% fibre, 26.4% carbohydrate, 50% fat, 7.5% crude protein and 2.3% ash. Further, in a 2005 placebo-controlled study conducted by Ngondi JL, Oben JE, Minka SR at the Nutrition, HIV and Health Research Unit of the University of Yaounde I located in Cameroon, many interesting facts related to weight loss were found.

The African Mango Clinical Studies began with 40 subjects with a median age of 42.4 years. 28 of the subjects were given 1.05 g of IG three times per day while the remaining 12 subjects were given a placebo three times per day. The study was conducted over a 30-day period and all subjects were placed on a normal calorie diet with calories recorded on a weekly basis. At the completion of the study, the placebo group experienced a .41% loss of body weight while the IG group showed a weight loss of 2.37%. Measurements were also taken of LDL-cholesterol, triglycerides and HDB-cholesterol. While the placebo group had no change in these blood lipid counts, the IG subjects saw a major decrease in the LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides and a rise of the HDL-cholesterol.

A similar test was conducted in 2009 only more advanced and was studied by Ray Sahelian, M.D.,a respected physician from Los Angeles, California. Dr. Sahelian is noted for his evaluation of supplements and these African Mango Clinical Studies can be found in the 2009 online journal of Lipis in Health and Disease. 102 obese patients participated in a study that was concerned with weight loss and the regulation of metabolism.

The group was equally divided with one group receiving a placebo and the other group 150 mg of IG extract 30-60 minutes before

The body fat, body weight and circumference of the waist were lowered significantly with no change in diet, exercise, daily activities or any other supplements except for the African Mango extract. In addition, the adiponectin and leptin levels, C-reactive protein, blood glucose and total cholesterol were found to be at much lower and more manageable levels. Since the clinical trials of 2005 and 2009 shown here, there have been numerous studies with similar results.

The first recorded use of the African Mango was 200 years ago when the Nigerian Benin army was fed the nuts for nutrition. The residents of Africa and Southeast Asia consume the fruit to ward off hunger and also use as oil in cooking and for medicinal purposes. It has just been in the past ten years that this wild growing wonder has reached the Western world. In combination with a good exercise program and sensible eating habits, IG has been proven to be an excellent supplement in more ways than one.

Due to the rigorous and time consuming studies of African Mango Clinical Studies, Westerners now have a product that has been proven to lower blood pressure, lower bad cholesterol levels while increasing good cholesterol levels, provide natural fiber to keep toxins flushed and balance hormones and metabolism. The end result that is noticed, however, is the natural appetite suppression and the loss of weight and inches.

These African Mango Clinical Studies are only applicable to a product that uses actual irvingia gabonensis!

If you’re one of the many people who feels you need to lose some weight (who doesn’t?) and have done a bit of research, chances are you have come across several web pages discussing the perks of using African mango extract. The fruit itself has been utilized in West Africa for centuries as a form of weight control and as an energy booster. Yet only recently has it been recognized as a weight loss supplement and it has grown in popularity amazingly fast. Because of the relative newness and quality of African Mango Dr. Oz has become associated with it.

Many websites claim the supplement as being the latest major breakthrough in weight loss. Some have dubbed it “the miracle pill.” We’ve all heard that one before! With all the failed medicines, supplements, and diets out there, it’s natural to be skeptical. However, African mango has the benefit of scientifically proven results. Dr. Oz stands behind it – and he strongly recommends it.

Millions of us have learned to respect this doctor’s opinions and health advice as a practitioner of alternative and natural medicine, and he has become one of the most trusted doctors in the world. Anyone who has watched the Dr. Oz show on television knows he won’t back a product if its claims aren’t substantiated, or if there is any kind of significant health risk in using it. So when he gives a positive and enthusiastic review on a new product, people take notice.

African Mango Dr. Oz and Oprah

In the past, Oprah Winfrey has questioned the doctor about African mango and its effectiveness in helping users to safely lose weight. Dr. Oz African Mango reviews had nothing bad to say about it and stressed in particular the extract’s ability to effectively suppress an individual’s hunger. At the same time, it won’t leave users feeling fidgety or cause any of the common issues that are typical of similar hunger suppressants, including upset stomach. Its superiority to other methods of weight loss is indisputable.

And unlike other diet plans, such as Acai Berry and HCG, the hype surrounding the stuff isn’t just hype (nor do they share the same sentiments from Dr. Oz). African mango is a completely natural fruit extract and has been scientifically proven to work without any serious side effects – or ANY side effects other than energy boosts, for that matter.

Dr. Oz has been praising the results of this weight loss “super fruit” since learning about it himself. In clinical trials, people were given African mango, while the opposite test group were given placebos. With no changes made to lifestyles except adding the supplements, it was shown that African mango helped the people who took it to lose weight at an average rate of five to ten pounds each month. The doctor was so impressed with the results that he decided to test the supplement himself under the same conditions. He lost seven pounds and immediately began recommending it to his patients.

You can’t get much better backing than that!

Though the marketing of the African mango supplement itself is not a scam, Dr. Oz asks that buyers be wary of the scammers that ARE out there. People have been ripped off by fake vendors selling fake supplements and are left bitter about the product itself. If you are considering giving African mango a try, make sure you buy from an official vendor. I recommend the product below because it uses the real ingredients, has a guarantee, excellent price point and comes from a reputable distributor.

You have probably read some of the favorable reviews on this site or others, and are looking for an African Mango free trial to test the product out for yourself. This can be extremely frustrating because many “coupon” and other sites have targeted the phrase African Mango Free Trial, then lead you to a merchant that does not have a trial at all! Please read on so you can stop wasting your time with this search.

There is good news and bad news about the African Mango Free Trial here

To get the bad news out of the way, there is no “true” African Mango free trial out there that I have found, where you actually get some of the product sent to you for virtually no cost.

The good news is that the best version of the supplement I have found across on the market with positive reviews DOES offer a money back guarantee. They also have a low cost one month supply, so you really can get to try this out and verify that African Mango does what it says it will – if not, there is the money back guarantee. Most likely you would have to pay shipping, which is common, but the most important thing is the evidence suggesting you would not WANT to!
If you check out our African Mango Reviewspage, you will get a glimpse of what people are saying about this particular product, which uses real irvingia gabonensis and contains natural ingredients. Because this one is all natural, people are not reporting any side effects other than an energy boost, and the scientific studies on the product make me feel confident in recommending it to you.

Another thing I like about the offer here, is that while it is not technically an African Mango free trial, is that there is an option that involves free refills at the checkout page. If you want to do the inexpensive one month version and see if it works for you, you can order a larger supply and get refills for free.. something I have not seen other companies offer.

Hopefully this info will save you from the frustrating “African Mango Free Trial” search full of misleading info and let you make the right decision. I personally would go for an order from this product because it has the money back guarantee and positive user reviews.
